1. EVENT DESCRIPTION
Tenderness, Love, and Care (TLC) 2026 is UTEC English’s annual Ramadhan program designed as a character-building and experiential learning platform that integrates English performance, social responsibility, and spiritual values.
This program combines:
- English-based student performances
- Social awareness through charity for orphans
- Family engagement
- Immersive English environment within a Ramadhan context
TLC is not merely an iftar gathering. It is a structured character development platform that cultivates empathy, confidence, compassion, and emotional maturity among students during the holy month of Ramadhan.
The program features:
- Student performances (speech, storytelling, drama, nasheed in English)
- Interactive games
- Guest star session
- Charity session for 38 orphan students under UTEC
- Iftar appetizer and dinner buffet
- Exclusive ballroom venue experience
- Souvenirs for participants
TLC 2026 serves as a collaborative moment between students, parents, teachers (Uncle and Aunty), and the UTEC community to nurture a generation that is confident, compassionate, and socially responsible.

3. GENERAL OBJECTIVES
- To instill Ramadhan values of empathy, compassion, and generosity among students.
- To develop students’ confidence through English performances on a professional stage.
- To integrate language learning with character formation.
- To cultivate a culture of sharing and social responsibility from an early age.
- To strengthen engagement between UTEC, students, and parents.
4. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
- To ensure at least 80% participation of Muslim students at UTEC in TLC 2026.
- To provide charity support to 38 orphan students studying at UTEC English.
- To enhance students’ confidence and public speaking exposure through stage performance.
- To create an immersive English atmosphere throughout the program.
- To strengthen emotional bonding between students and parents during Ramadhan.
- To reinforce UTEC’s brand positioning as a character-based English Centre.
